healthy is important. Most of people realize that health should come first. But how to keep heathy? First we must do exercises every morning or evening. We can play basketball, football, badminton…. Then we should eat fruits, vegetables and tofu products. They are good for us. We should drink milk and yogurt twice a day. And I think we can’t smoke. Because smoking is bad, it’s harmful to one’s health. People are beginning to kick the bad habit. Those are the good ways. They can keep you healthy.

I met a girl called Sue on the Intemet. We are of the same age. And we talked happily with each other. So we decided to write to each other daily, of course through e-mail.
